“Not your typical Caroni, but it does have the typical Caroni notes though they are dialed down. The nose is kind of mild with wood, tar, light rubber and varnish trailed by spice, leather and light raisin. The palate is woody with tar, light rubber and tannins trailed by spice, leather and mango and the empty glass has chocolate and caramel after a while. The finish is medium long with wood, spices and dried fruit.”
