“The nose is nice with fruit and vanilla. After resting for a while you get v caramel, molasses and oak. The palate is slightly dry and sweet with fruit and nuts. The cognac cask is clear without being too dominant. The finish is long, slightly dry with almonds and oak and yet again the cognac.”
